Phase I Update

Beulah Place, One Year Later

May 3, 2022 marks one year since the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of Beulah Place Apartments at Historic Beulah Park. As Beulah Place moves close to the completion of Phase I construction, we are so pleased with how well it has been received and how nicely it contributes to our mixed-use community. With the variety of residential products offered within Beulah Park, residents within the community will be able to move from one product to another as they go through the different stages of life.

Phase One is nearing completion as Townsend Construction is diligently completing the final building, Building #11. It is anticipated this building will be complete by mid-June and will offer 24 brand new units.


  • Rex Patterson, Construction Superintendent for Townsend Construction for over 30 years, is leading the construction of Beulah Place. In every facet of the building process, Rex is hands-on to ensure a top quality end product.
