Yes. Both Epcon (The Courtyards at Beulah Park) and Pulte (The Grove at Beulah Park) currently have options available.


Will the 32-acre central park have a name?

Yes. Stay tuned for announcements coming from The City of Grove City.


When will the Columbus Street connection project be completed?

We anticipate completion summer 2021.


Have there been any announcements for the Commercial Corridor within Beulah Park?

Yes. OhioHealth will anchor the 17-acre commercial district along Southwest Blvd and will be a great addition to service Beulah Park residents and the surrounding Grove City community. The developer is also planning to construct a 14,000 sq ft commercial building along Southwest Blvd.


Is Brookpark Middle School relocating to Beulah Park?

Yes, as part of the second phase of SWCSD’s Ohio Facilities Construction Commission project. Buildings will open in the fall of 2022. Students living in the Beulah Park Development area of the South-Western City School District attend Richard Avenue Elementary School, Park Street Intermediate School, Brookpark Middle School, and Central Crossing High School.
