Let us introduce you to Rex Patterson. Rex has played a key role in Townsend Construction for over 30 years. Rex is the superintendent in charge of land and apartment development. Rex is known for his strong work ethic, competency and positive attitude. Rex and his wife, Laurie, call Sugar Grove home. When not on the construction site, you can find Rex farming 50 acres and spending time with his family. Rex and Laurie have four adult children and a beautiful granddaughter.

In the words of Nancy Plank Kelley, age 85: “Rex Patterson is a man of many talents. The history of his 30 years with the Family Business tells his story the best way possible. He is trustworthy, devoted to his work and business relationships, very good at problem solving, kind and generous with his time and talents in his field. Has the backing of his wife and family. And, has a very good sense of humor! We hope Rex will be around for another 30 years.”
