At Beulah Park, we emphasize connections: to nature, to neighbors, to history and to a vibrant community. As a result, our connections are second to none.

Unlike in other large New Urbanism communities, Beulah Park residents will not need to wait for a town center to be built. It is already here, offering access to dining, shopping, arts and entertainment, personal services, and community events. And Grove City’s connections to community amenities go beyond the city’s core – Grove City is minutes from major highways and only 15 minutes from downtown Columbus.
Learn MoreThe walkable connection to historic Town Center is something quite special – where unique shops, destination dining and our most anticipated community events are held. It’s a benefit Grove City’s founders likely envisioned 170 years ago when the city was first platted in 1852; and a treasured element we honor as our city grows.

I am excited for everyone who chooses to live here. The connectivity and walkability of it all is like nothing else in and around Columbus, Ohio. I am happy and proud to be a part of it.
Beth Kelley
Our culture is starved for walkable places that have an incredible sense of place. Beulah Park allows residents a vast amount of walkable space with parks and sidewalks and is an extension of the existing historic town center which creates one intact entity that is connected.

A Central Park
A 32-acre Central Park, part of 58 acres of conservation space, connects residents and visitors to nature, serving as the anchor for Beulah Park. In addition to a huge list of opportunities for recreation, the park also connects visitors to history, with multiple features paying homage to Beulah Park’s horse racing past.
New Middle School
The new Beulah Park Middle School will be a 117,000-square-foot, two-story building that will house Grades 7-8 with an anticipated enrollment of 801 students. The school grounds will also include a baseball field, a football field with a track around it, bleachers and a press box. As part of the OFCC (Ohio Facilities Construction Commission) Building Project, South-Western City School District’s architects and designers worked with the community, staff, school board, and facilities teams to design new buildings that met the expectations for 21st Century learning spaces.
Learn MoreThe Master Plan
The in-depth planning that went into Beulah Park – with 220 acres and the principles of New Urbanism – shows the care taken to make this new neighborhood a true community. It’s highly unusual for a community to achieve immediate synergy by breaking ground on so many different product offerings in such a short span of time, but Beulah Park is all about defying the status quo!
