Townsend Construction and Oakwood Management Company have partnered to build something special at Beulah Place. They took the principles important in today’s market – the where and how people want to live – and made it their mission. And not just some of it, but all of it – lifestyle considerations, innovative designs, high-end amenities, connections, community and an uncompromising commitment to kindness and quality. Executing on the vision and now the heart of it all is Beulah Place’s Beth Kelley.

Beth was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She is the proud aunt of seven nieces and nephews. Beth graduated from Washington & Jefferson where she played collegiate field hockey (hint: she is a fierce competitor). She moved back home to Columbus to obtain her MBA at Ohio Dominican. Beth has built a career in the real estate/property management industry as part of the Oakwood Management team.

Beth is a member of  IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) where she hold two designations: ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). While managing Highpoint on Columbus Commons, Beth achieved the Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking Top 100 Winner. This award is a prestigious award given by J. Turner Research for the Nations Top 100 Properties by Online Reputation.  Beth also serves as the Vice President on the Board of Trustees of Nazareth Towers.

And now, let us introduce you to Beth.

Tell us about your role in the Beulah Park re-development. As the property manager for Beulah Place, luxury apartments, I will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site. There really is not anything a property manager doesn’t do! I am excited to build a great community here at Beulah Place and for my future residents and I to connect with the overall Beulah Park development as a whole.

What has brought you the most enjoyment? My inspiration has come from previous communities I have managed and former residents of mine. Going from 600 residents to starting at a new lease up – I can’t wait to get to know each and every resident who moves here. With every new application, I get very excited for the future of Beulah Place and welcoming each person home to a new beginning here with us.

What has been the biggest challenge? Construction delays and COVID. I love being busy and being around people. I miss having residents to take care of. It’s been a slow (& lonely) fall and winter here in the office, but things have already picked up significantly and I CAN’T WAIT to start moving people in this month and our world eventually getting back to “normal.”

Looking to the future of Beulah Park, what gets you most excited? Beulah Park has so much to offer. It’s going to be truly amazing in a year to see all Beulah Park living communities filled with residents who will have everything at their fingertips. I am most excited for everyone who chooses to live here. The connectivity and walkability of it all is like nothing else in and around Columbus, Ohio. I am happy and proud to be a part of it.
