Epcon Communities broke ground on The Courtyards at Beulah Park on Friday, November 15, 2019. Located at the iconic site of the former Beulah Park race track as part of the highly desirable master planned Beulah Park neighborhood, The Courtyards at Beulah Park is a private retreat with resort-style amenities including the clubhouse with interior and exterior spaces to relax and entertain, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, walking paths that connect right to the Heart of Grove City, plus all that Beulah Park Living has to offer.
