Groundbreaking at The Grove at Beulah Park

Pulte closed on their community within Beulah Park on Friday, May 15. Despite the elements of rain, Pulte quickly broke ground on their model home. As such, construction on the much anticipated Pulte community – The Grove at Beulah Park – is officially underway.

Sitting on the corner of Glacial Lane and Mystic Way, the model home will enjoy direct views of the 32-acre central park. Imagine stepping outside your front door and being just steps to the central park as well as prime walkability to The Historic Town Center.
