Let us introduce you to Francis Pompey of Keller Williams Premier Realty. Francis was born and raised in rural Southeastern Ohio and has lived in German Village and Grove City for the past 25 years. His professional career has been centered around “local,” but has also taken him around the world where he had the opportunity to listen and learn the importance of authenticity and integrity. Francis is the listing agent for the custom home lots within The Paddock at Beulah Park. We are so appreciative of his warmth, commitment and dedication to better all he comes in contact with (including Beulah Park)!
Tell us about your role in the Beulah Park re-development.
- Create awareness for builders and identify quality builders to ensure they adhere to quality standards of building design and architecture.
- Promote the community to buyers and agents.
- Educate buyers on the “Lifestyle” element of what New Urbanism really means from a character and community standpoint.
- Advocate for buyers: Connect buyers and builders.
What has brought you the most enjoyment? The opportunity to be a part of a project that invites homebuyers from Central Ohio and beyond to experience a truly New Urbanism community with a sense of connection and belonging that is adjacent to an existing quant town center and minutes from a large metropolitan city.
Where have you found inspiration? I think I would have to say from individuals that are beholden to the heritage of Beulah Park.
What has been the biggest challenge? Helping buyers understand the TRUE vision of this community prior to the finishing of landscaping and Columbus Street Connector.
Looking to the future of Beulah Park, what gets you most excited? The opportunity to continue strengthening Grove City Town Center into a vibrant active downtown with a purpose and place for all ages.
- Favorite part of Grove City: Cimi’s Patio + Lilly’s Kitchen Table + Scioto Grove
- Favorite architectural style: Hands down Craftsman
- Your escape: The shores of Lake Erie and Southwest Florida
- Your roots: Corning Ohio – A small town in rural Southeastern Ohio where growing up meant family and friends that always looked out for each other – I feel that in Grove City.
- Motto you live by: Life Begins at the End of Your Comfort Zone. Living outside your comfort zone means being courageous and adventurous enough to leave what makes you comfortable, and finding what makes you a better man outside of it. The man who chooses this as his motto thinks the best parts of living are the adventures and experiences that happen as soon as he’s brave enough to leave his comfort zone.
