How much are the HOA fees for The Paddock at Beulah Park?
Currently, they are $75/year. The HOA is controlled by the developer at present and eventually homeowners will determine the fee.
When was financing for the 32-acre central park at Beulah approved?
Council approved legislation on May 17, 2021 for The City of Grove City to issue notes in the amount $9 million for park development. Nearly $6 million will be used for the site development, which includes grading, storm water and utility work, irrigation, landscaping and parking. The additional funds will be used for the play areas and structures. Plans include an amphitheater, playgrounds, shelter houses, a fitness station and a pickleball court.
Have there been any announcements for the Commercial Corridor within Beulah Park?
Yes. OhioHealth anchors the 17-acre commercial district with their new $6 million, 12,000 square foot facility along Southwest Blvd and is a great addition to service Beulah Park residents and the surrounding Grove City community.
The Shoppes at Beulah, a 15,000 sq ft commercial building, is well positioned to serve the Beulah Park and greater Grove City community. Strategically located at the corner of Columbus Street and Southwest Blvd, the new building features four-sided architecture and a large outdoor patio space. Current tenants include: Clean Eatz, Fade Aesthetics + Wellness, Grove City, J Anthony’s Salon & Spa, KKP Bakery and Liberty Tavern. More tenant announcements expected soon.
How do we reserve the Beulah Park Four-Season Pavilion?
