Are you as ready to enjoy spring as we are? We are especially excited to watch The Park at Beulah continue to take shape this year. Updates below:

• Phase I and Phase IIA of development are complete.
• Infrastructure for future park elements are in place including grading, moving and shaping soil and installing underground utilities.
• Pickleball courts are mostly complete, pending completion of utility connections.
• Under construction now: Two open-air shelters and a four-season pavilion. See photos below. 
• Coming soon: Play and fitness equipment

It will be with much joy to watch this central park, the heart of Beulah Park and anchoring all our living options, become a community gathering place for all to enjoy.
