OhioHealth Joins Beulah Park Development

OhioHealth has purchased land within the Beulah Park development for an innovative medical office facility. “OhioHealth will anchor the 17-acre commercial district along Southwest Blvd and will be a great addition to service Beulah Park residents and the surrounding Grove City community,” according to Sarah Backiewicz, Beulah Park Director.

The Beulah Park 220-acre master planned community continues to be very active. The first residents of The Courtyards at Beulah Park, an Epcon Community, moved in August and approximately 30 patio homes are under construction. Beulah Place Apartments will be complete phase one, 264-units, mid-November along with a state-of-art clubhouse. The Grove at Beulah Park, built by Pulte Homes, has sold nine homes in the $320,000 – $420,000 range and just opened its model home. The Paddock, featuring single family custom lots fronting the 32-acre central park, is now complete with several homes in the planning stage with prices ranging from $475,000 to $675,000. The 92-unit Danbury Senior Living building is under roof and on-schedule for a fall 2021 opening. And the South-Western City School District will begin construction on a relocation of Brookpark Middle School to Beulah Park. The school is expected to open for students in August 2022.

Beulah Park offers connectivity and walkability to the quaint, historic Town Center. Here residents can enjoy local coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, art shops and brewery along with numerous festivals, farmer’s markets and annual events. The memorial gardens feature an artistic life size sculpture of the starting gate which will be dedicated to the Grove City community in December. The central park and adjoining nature preserve include approximately 16,000 lineal feet of walking trails, which contribute to the emphasis on wellness, healthy living and sense of place. The OhioHealth facility will be a perfect complement.

“We are celebrating an entire community. The diversity of products appealing to all age ranges as an extension of the Town Center is what sets Beulah Park apart,” added Pat Kelley, developer. “We have stayed consistent to the master plan which adds value to the end users and enhances the overall living experience.”
