The transformation of the Beulah Park Racetrack

We were honored to serve as the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) 2022 Parade of Homes featured community and host of the 2022 BIA Parade Excellence Party. It was a wonderful opportunity to welcome local industry leaders to Central Ohio’s largest new walkable community and to return to our roots as a gathering place.
