Get To Know Our Residents: The Carmichael Family

Let us introduce you to The Carmichael Family. Allison and Adam closed on their new home in February 2021. They are truly living the love where you live, work and play lifestyle!  With deep roots in Grove City and their family business, we are excited to welcome them home to Beulah Park. A great example to reach for your dreams and to create the life you want. We wish them a lifetime of happiness and memories as they raise their family in Beulah Park.

And now for the introduction….

Tell us a little about yourself. We are a family of four (us, our little boy & chocolate lab). We have lived in Grove City the majority of our lives and take pride in our wonderful community and surrounding areas. We both work at the Matson Insurance Agency, which is owned and operated by our family. We love being a team at the office just as much as we do at home! We are deeply involved in the Church we both grew up in, which is also in Columbus. Both our church and our office are only a few miles from our new home in Beulah Park.

Where are you are moving within Beulah Park? We are moving to The Grove and into a Fifth Avenue model.

What drew you to Beulah Park? Raising our family in the Beulah Park community is so exciting to us. The thought of our children growing up in this safe, beautiful neighborhood overwhelms us in the best way. We are thrilled to be building our home inside of a park we both have only dreamed of living in for years.

What has the building process been like and can you share any words of wisdom for those looking to build? The building process has been relatively smooth, however because of COVID, there have been some minor setbacks. Words of wisdom would be to check on your home often especially during the early parts of the building process after storms or bad weather. By doing so, you can help your building team be aware of any high standing water or loose building materials that could potentially blow away or damage someone else’s home.

Looking to the future, what gets you most excited about being a Beulah Park resident? Looking out of our windows at the park. Having family over.  And being front and center for any of the events that will be held in the park, having a huge neighborhood to walk our dog in and being a part of the Grove City and Town Center culture.
