Let us introduce you to Jamie Miller & Ken Kozek. We are thrilled for Jamie and Ken to call Beulah Park home. The love and passion they have poured into building their home and life at Beulah Park is inspiring and exciting.

And now for the introduction….

Tell us a little about yourself. Our story began November 2018 when we met on Match.com and fell crazy in love with each other. Jamie has a 26-year old son who lives in Chicago and for 39 years has served as the office manager for the downtown Columbus accounting firm of Kagay & Schellhaas. Ken retired at the end of 2018 as VP of Claims after a 35-year career with Grange Insurance. He has completed many half and full marathons including four Boston Marathons; surviving the 2016 bombing. Jamie has a trophy winning girl named Daisy; a 1977 Corvette! In Ken’s spare time, he takes Daisy out for drives in the country and likes to give her some GAS – LOL! Jamie is also the welcoming committee chair of the Capital City Corvette Club. We love to spend time together doing anything. We love to laugh, cookout, cocktail and cheer on our Buckeyes and Blue Jackets. Vacationing is a must! Our favorite place is Punta Cana. We look forward to spending our warm evenings on the patio. Weekends will be filled with pool time and car shows.

Where are you are moving within Beulah Park? On December 7, 2020, we moved into our Courtyards at Beulah Park Portico ranch. 3698 Quarter Pole Lane. Lot #55.

What drew you to Beulah Park? We were intrigued by the concept and look forward to enjoying the park and the development’s amenities. We are excited to be able to walk to downtown Grove City to shops, restaurants and others as the development matures. Location was important as Jamie still works in downtown Columbus – a 17 minute drive. We love the Epcon low maintenance ranch style homes – less time maintaining and more time enjoying!

What has the building process been like and can you share any words of wisdom for those looking to build? The entire process has been tremendous from securing the lot to the move. Everyone associated with Epcon was great to work with. Don’t be daunted by the design studio experience! While there are certainly a great deal of decisions to be made and many options, there was no pressure to go outside of our budget. We were told about 128 days from poured footers to move in – and it was SPOT ON!

Looking to the future, what gets you most excited about being a Beulah Park resident? By getting in on the ground floor, it has been and will be exciting to watch the development come together. We look forward to meeting our new neighbors & enjoying the many amenities that are to come. 2021 SUMMER – HURRY & GET HERE!!!
