Let us introduce you to Kim and Ed Ritterbeck. We are excited for Kim and Ed to call Beulah Park home. Having purchased a corner lot within The Paddock, they worked with Stonecliff Homes to design a beautiful farm house style home that includes a front and side porch. Together we will follow and share their journey of building their dream home. Stay tuned!

And now for the introduction….

Tell us a little about yourself. We are a family of four. We were high school sweethearts growing up on the far west side of Columbus. We built our home and raised our girls in Grove City. Our twin daughters are rising juniors in college. We have a wheaten terrier named Bentley. We built our current home 25 years ago. We loved the experience then and look forward to building again.

Where are you moving within Beulah Park? We have chosen to build in the Paddock at Beulah Park. We selected our lot one night as we were driving through and watched the sunset over the pond. We knew that was the view we wanted.

What drew you to Beulah Park? What drew us to Beulah Park is the accessibility to downtown Grove City, with walking paths and bike trails. We are moving from a neighborhood with very large lots and are ready at this point in our life to have a much smaller lot to maintain.

What has the building process been like and can you share any words of wisdom for those looking to build? So far our journey has been wonderful thanks to our builder Stonecliff Homes. They have made our design process easy and exciting.

Looking to the future, what gets you most excited about being a Beulah Park resident? We most look forward to the future amenities and the central park.

  • Favorite part of Grove City: Historical downtown . The shops, restaurants and the people are warm and welcoming. I (Kim) am a hairstylist who after 34 years in one salon moved to a salon in downtown Grove City. I couldn’t be happier with the change.

  • Your escape: Our lake house at Buckeye Lake and our yearly family vacation to Hilton Head Island.
