Beulah Park was once home to a historic race track and served as a gathering place for Grove City. After the last horse race in 2014, the race track and land sat unused, until a few years later when developer Pat Kelley, president of Falco, Smith & Kelley Ltd came to an agreement to turn the 200 acres of land into a unique housing community.
